Jamaica is wonderful but I am biased. It is warm all year round, the people are friendly and the food to dies for. The scenery and the beaches are magnificient. Try to visit the Blue Mountains, Dunns Rivers Fall, and as many beaches as possible

Well I am a Jamaican and the truthnis that I have been to many other countries and I can say that it is like no other. Our food, music, people and climate is makes it a tropical paradise.

Jamaica is the largest English-speaking Island in the Caribbean and it is the third largest island overall, spanning 4,400 square miles. The best tourist spots are on the north coast, with Montego Bay and Ocho Rios being the most popular, as well as Negril on the west coast.
You will love Jamaica. Warm friendly people to the crystal clear waters and all-year round warm climate. There is not much that Jamaica doesn’t offer for an ideal vacation. The Island is unique in its culture and cuisine.
The must-see attraction in Ocho Rios is the famous Dunn’s River Falls, where visitors, lead by a sure-footed Jamaican guide, are able to climb up a series of falls that cascade from the mountains to the sea. http://www.tropicalcaribbeantravel.com/Jamaica.html

I've only been to Ocho Rios but I loved everything about it, loved the attitude of the people (knuckle bump "Ya Mon!")
loved the food, the laid-back way that just IS.

I wanna go back!!!!!!!!!!!!

♥
its warm & beautiful

Jamaica like all other countries had its good and bad, But its nice an warm and sunny, and green and just beautiful with all the flora and fauna... There are great beaches and waterfalls and rivers and fresh water springs and the FOOD IS AMAZING. Peppered shrimp, jerk chicken (and pork) the fruits a unique, we are unhibited in our cooking, we dont suck out all semblance of taste in attempt to make it "diet"... It has amazing nightlife from a sitdown lounge playing reggae music to a hopping night club with a mix of the hottest rock, hiphop and naturally our reggage music.... The native dialect is always a hit with foreighners.........they ove learning the Patois and all the slangs that we are ever so creative coining........ There are some areas that might be considered unsavory.........but that is everywhere..........so just go and have fun.........the girls are pretty too........

I'm Jamaican and I can say that there's no place like us. we are a unique country. Our food, our nation, our people is just awesome. There are so many things to do you'll never get bored and there's nothing in th U.S that you cant do here except for maybe ice skate and ice related activities. But that not a major setback because you have our wonderful beaches, food and people to make up for that. So if you're thinking of coming i suggest you come! it's awesome!
