I haven't really heard about any ferry service, but I am aware about ships, but I do not know anything about it. But since those islands are close, it's probably 20 mins to an hour.

I do Not know of any Ferry service from St Lucia to Barbados.I doubt there is.One of the most popular ferry services which leaves St Lucia Taes the route of St Lucia-Martinique-Dominica-Guadeloupe.The... Guadeloupe-Dominica-Martinique - St Lucia.

Barbados Chick
About 2 years ago some one tried to sart up a daily ferry service but it did not catch on. Air time is about 30 minutes plus the drive to and wait at the air port.

Fred S
they are 100 miles apart I don't think they have one how ever the is going to be one that runs from St Vincent to St Lucia and Martinique it is supposed to run six days a week the are working out the immigration details now

A new ferry service was launched in 2005 linking Barbados, Guadeloupe and points in between. The Star Ferry service (00 1 246 422 0546) is described as a high-speed vessel calling at Barbados, St Lucia, St Martin, Dominica, Martinique, Marie-Galante and Guadeloupe. It planned to expand the network further in 2007. The trouble is, I can't find any website for it. Perhaps the best thing would be to phone.

Both islands are quite close so I would say an hour at the very most. It could take just ten to twenty minutes, I can not remember but its not that long.
