From Minneapolis to Montego Bay direct would be about 4 1/2 to 5 hours depending on the jetstream. If you have stops you have to add additional time for layovers, but the flight time will be about the same unless you have to take a completely screwy route like Minneapolis to Dallas/Fort Worth to Montego Bay or something like that.
