It depends on where you're flying from. From Toronto, it could be 4-5 hours if direct.

We flew from Manchester last year and it took us just short of 10 hours though coming back it was 9 hours.

I'm from Toronto. I was there in January. The flight took about 3 hours.

Depends where you are flying from. Find an airline that goes to Cuba from your location. Then start booking a flight and it will say how long the flight will take during the booking process.

I have just returned to Uk Manchester from the Cayos. The flight going was 9 1/2 hours - coming back it was 8 hours. When I went in February of this year it was 10 hours going and only 7 hours 20 mins return!
As far as I know they will not take US dollars anymore or US travellers cheques - check with your travel agent or your Foriegn Office web site.

London to Havana non-stop takes 9 hours 40 on the way there, 8 hours 35 on the way back.

If you're flying from London it will depend on the airline. There are only a few carriers who fly there, and I nthink only charter carriers fly direct as far as I know. So assume a minimum one hour flight to mainland Europe to catch the main flight. When I flew from Paris CDG to Havana it took about 8 hours.

Do it, Cuba is awesome! Avoid places like Varadero and Havana Vieja and go for the real Cuban places, like Vinales,Playa Giron,Cienfuegos, and Santa Clara. You can spend US dollars there too.

From London UK to Cuba is about 10 hours and they are 5 hours behind us in the UK.

never mind the duration of the flight, think of how much adjustment you would need to your watch on arriving, I think at the moment the time differential is about 50 years
