With connections I'd say about 9 hours. The flight from LA to Miami is about 4.5 - 5hrs...Puerto Rico is another 2.5 hr flight. |

It depends on how many stops you make. If you make 2 stops is around 9 hrs. However, once you get there you'll save the 3 hrs. difference b/w the west and east coast time. To those 9 hrs. you have to add possible delays. |

I went from P.R. to L.A. in October in a flight with one stop in Miami. The time you actuallly spend flying is almost eight hours. But with the connections, it turns to almost a little more than 9 hours. So, there you go....9 hours. |
