How long will pencil-foot (skinny) jeans be in style?

My guess is the trend will be around for a while, can't say how long, though.

Mixedcurlyfries: You're confusing me..... you say you don't follow trends, yet you have "very, very expensive clothes..." Isn't that following the trend of having nothing but Brand Name clothes? What's the point? Do you realise you're only buying the name tag? How contradicting!

By the way it IS posible to take a trend and make it your own.

I know I'll be getting loads of thumbs downs, but I don't care.

It's very hard to say because no1 thought "bellas" would come out of style and surely enough they did (and are even now starting to come back). I think you should just stick to what u feel good in and try not buy too much of one thing. I've been out quite a bit this summer and it seems like dresses and shorts are the in thing (whether u fat, slim, in between or mampy-sized) when partying and I'm seeing people wear skinny jeans more casually (I personally rock dresses casually too). Hope this helped!

PS. Remember u can dress up/down any outfit with the right accessories.

i have no idea, but fashions will come and go and then come back again after a decade or two..

as mizedcurlyfries said, don't be a slave to fashion. having a good sense of style is more important.

Fashion changes too often. I think pencil has until year-end to be overtaken by something else.
The way I see it now we just have 2 wear what we like and feel comfortable in.

Pencils are the jeans that fit closely and the end is tapered... as in the foot... kinda like spangy but a female version

Can someone show me a picture of what pencil foot jeans look like? and also give me a general defination so that i know them when i see them.

I must admit, i know when a girl looks good, but i am not too in tuned to women's fashion trends.

I make my own fashion I don't follow trends cause if you do then your gonna have a closet full of stuff you don't wear anymore. I don't have any skinny jeans. My jeans I have are very very expensive and cute and also I started wearing dresses. I own mostly Roca Wear, Baby Phat and Hello Kitty. Whatever I feel comfortable I wear. I'm starting to find myself now. I realize I love wearing dresses , before I thought they were way too girly for me but I guess a little change isn't bad. I'm finally showing off my long legs now and also I'm loving high heels / pumps. I use to always want sneakers cause they just came out like the J's ( Jordans ) , everytime it came out I would order it and I'd be the only one with it. Now I realize there are other sneakers out there like Pastry. Those sneakers are cute ! Be you , don't follow trend set trend !
