Duty Free it's 50 Cigars (after 48 hours of being outside of Canada). But you can bring back more if you want you may be subject to paying duty on them.
For price - hard to say any where from about $20 a box to $300+ a box.
Expect to pay $280 (at least) for a box of real quality cigars. You can buy fake ones for a lot less than that but what's the point. Buy them at the duty free in your departure airport in Cuba, that way you'll know they are legitimate.
Lots of counterfeit cigars all over Cuba (I've even see fakes in the hotel gift shop)
. .
Whaddya' wanna' do that for?
The competent cigar makers fled Castro long ago.
You're visiting (I assume) a Caribbean "paradise" that has a shortage of FISH for the love of God, and trust me, fishing is WAY easier than producing a smoke-worthy cigar.

i beleive its 20 cigars, 40 cigarettes and 2 bottles of 26ers.
The cost depends on who sells them and if they are the good real ones, dont be ripped off by the street walkers/beach vendors. They may look like the real thing but get educated on it first. But with the beach vendors and that you can bargain with them!

To be honest your money would be spent better if you went to http://www.cigarfox.com and picked up a Dominican or Honduran blend from them. I guarantee you will receive a better hand rolled cigar for your money
