Puerto Rico is gorgeous! There are so many beautiful beaches, plus a ton of culture & history. The weather is tropical. Everyday will be about 79-89 degrees F. The people are so friendly & the food is delicious! Oh & the music is great, people love to dance & party & have fun. San Juan is the big city. Its over 500 years old so you can see some great historic sites like El Morro a big war fort. & Old San Juan has the old spanish colonial architecture. There are lots of shops & things, plus its very americanized, you will find most major US stores also. The $ is USD & the water is safe to drink. There is great nightlife here & casinos too. The biggest mall in the caribbean is here called Plaza Las Americas. The people are fairly well off so you wont find alot of beggars like other islands. You can also go to the Bacardi Factory tour & taste free drinks.

There is a rain forest called El Yunque & there are waterfalls that you can swim in. There is Arecibo Telescope, the worlds largest radio telescope. You can go to Camuy Caves, the 3rd largest underground cave system, its spectacular. There are 3 bioluminescent bays in PR. This is where the water glows in the dark. So Maazing! La Parguera, Mosquito Bay & Las Croabas Lagoon. Rincon is known for great surfing & beautiful sunsets. & you can even go whalewatching in the winter. Ponce is another city in the South with lots of nice things to see. There is a dry forest with cactus called Guanica also. There are world class golf courses, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet ski's & every other watersport you can imagine. You can go horseback riding on the beach. Most beaches have golden sand & clear blue water. If you want powder white sand go to Vieques, Culebra, Palomino or Icacos. There is a black sand beach in Punta Santiago & 1 in Vieques. There are also red/copper sand beaches, like some in Rincon. The central part of the island is all beautiful mountains with nice views. There is something for everyone here. I hope you get to go! Enjoy!!

Go on Google and set the browser for "Images" then google Puerto Rico and collect 15 or 20 images, save them off to your computer and then make them a slide show screen saver. That should sell the idea and you won't have to say a word
