Without a doubt it would be a close toss up between Tastee and Juici Patties.
I was always fond of Juici Patties, dem sweet! but since Tastee Patties came to Montego Bay a few years ago, I have been enjoying both.
Bottomline, they are the best in Jamaica. This page shares some important info on Jamaican Food.
