It is going to be hot and humid, with showers in the afternoon and if you are really unlucky, possibility of a hurricane or tropical storm. The peak of the hurricane season is not until the middle of August, but since the tropical storm/hurricane season is between June 1 and Nov. 30, there is always a chance for a storm to hit the Island. August is one of the rainiest months in Puerto Rico, storm or no storm, so expect to see showers constantly, they typically show up in the afternoon to night hours. |

Hurrican season is in full bloom. It is hot, low to mid 90's and the beaches are great on these days. There are off and on showers and there will be at least 1-2 days rain straight. But in general it is fine. |

Hi
It will be hot and humid and as others have said it will be Hurricane Season, but do not let that put you off coming.
Most days there will be the chance of an afternoon shower / storm, but that is typical for this area. If one comes it is usually over pretty quickly and dry soon after.

This is PR we're talking about... it's always hot and humid! Around August you'll have some rainy afternoons, but to know for sure, I suggest you visit http://www.weather.com/weather/local/00916?lswe=00916&lwsa=WeatherLocalUndeclared&from=whatwhere one or two days before your trip, so that way you can plan your schedule according to the weather and you won't be surprised by rain on a day you were planning to go to the beach. |

The wheather during that time is really hot (90-94 degrees). The humidity level is high too. Expect ocasional rain, but nothing to worry about. Drink water, and wear comfortable clothings (shorts, t-shirts, flip flops, hat or cap, etc.) |
