I'm going to cuba soon will i need to take any inoculations before i go?
Hi there, yes you do! You need to have them at least a month before you go there as well, so book to see your nurse asap! You should also chat with your local pharmacist to see if they recommend malaria cover.
This website will tell you exactly what you need...

You don't have to have any inoculations if you don't want to but we did before we went for the first time, we had Typhoid and Hepatitis B and if you haven't had a tetanus jab in the last 10 years they recommend you have one of those too, you have them all done at your GP's surgery for free and generally a good 6 weeks before you go, it was a case of been better safe than sorry for us, Cuba is a fabulous place, have fun.

I've made nine trips to Cuba and never had any inoculations and never a problem. It's up to you.

I think for Cuba you do need some, best to see your GP or practice nurse.

No, you won't need any vaccinations to protect yourself from Cuba.
However, if you're coming from a region with cholera or yellow fever, in which case the Cuban authorities will require proof of immunization.

However, if you wish to do so, then that is a personal decision. I have never needed to vaccinate and many others I know never did either and did not have anything to worry about. Just always be a smart traveller and always drink bottled water, brush your teeth with bottled water if you're really extra cautious, and make sure your food is cooked well (as you would everywhere else).
Have a great trip!
Edit: Hey I remember you now...You were considering Cuba awhile back for a vacation. Where have you decided to book? You're going to have an amazing time!
