you could try bayamon. it'll be less expensive then staying in san juan but you have to travel for 10-15 minutes to get there. why the east side? the west side is gorgeous. there are flights that land in aguadilla everyday. check out la parguera. NICE

I really cannot tell yo uabout any houses but there are beautiful apartments that you can rent. these apartments are located in the ESJ tower in Isla Verde. i stood in an apartment there for 3 weeks and i have no complains about it. The apartments are fully equiped with a kitchen, a living room, two full bathrooms, and two bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms there is a king size bed, and in the other bedroom there are two double beds. Ireccomend this place 100%. it is located right next to El San Juan hotel and Casino.
