No i don't think you will need one however here are a a few site with links and contacts,of Jamaican embassies.
You should get a more favorable response to this and any more questions.

Africans do not need a visa to visit Jamaica, neither is a passport compulsory. An ID will suffice. However, depending on the route chosen, a passport might be necessary, for example, if travelling via the USA

I don't think you do. Jamaica is not that strict.
