I highly recommend Barbados, it's an English island. The food is good depending on where you will be dining.
I can highly recommend The Coach House but heard it might be relocating, so best thing is to contact before going:

There are also other restaurants that provides delicious dishes, good food, you name it all. But I've only dined at The Coach House, so I can't speak for others.

Check out Sandals Resorts. They have many places all over the Caribbean, offer all inclusive pricing (including alcohol), and are relatively affordable. If you go to an island that has multiple resorts they sometimes provide transportation to those as well. |

Mike is on the right island and seven mile beach IS great. However, the opposite side of the island (East End) is more serene and you feel much more relaxed. There are still great restaurants and loads of activities available to you without all the hustle and bustle of several cruise ships' occupants crowding the seven mile beach area. I have owned a time share in East End for 8 years and love it!

I stayed at a condo/hotel center called Treasure Island on Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman Islands. It was really nice and relaxing but you would have to drive to resteraunts for dinner. There are other awesome resorts on Seven Mile Beach and you will see the world's best sunset. |
