You need to go now and get the passport. The expedited service (which costs an extra $60) takes 2 weeks. Check out the website below for all the info.

I also agree with the Walgreens photos. Some USPS locations take your photo and can do your passport application.

It should be plenty of time, you can even expedite the process if you pay extra. Get you picture now and get the ball rolling, you should have no problems.

Congrats - have fun in Jamaica...

AZ Coigreach
You better do it now...

Since time is not on your side you might want to consider obtaining the passport in your maiden name (and, yes, if you're willing to pay the extra $$, you can have it back w/in 24-48 hours). Check out the sites below for more info. Good luck and congratulations !! :o)

PS-Walgreens offers passport photos (and they are acceptable, I used one!)

I would get started ASAP. It may be enough time but you are cutting it pretty close with the 45 day average processing period. I would suggest that you use online sources as much as possible and make double certain that the photograph you use is adequate so you won't have to have a retake.

Congrats on the marriage!
