When u get on read a magazine while you are going into the air. Also chew gum really disgustingly or drink water so your ears dont get that popping feeling. As soon as your in the air they give you snacks and you can watch TV. Its really not that bad. Think about your trip that can help. You will feel like you're on the ground eventually.

If you can, try to have a little whiskey before getting on. Don't look at the wings during flight. Bring some diversion with you on the plane -- a book, a video game, etc.

ooo you'll like it if this is your first flight it will feel like a roller coaster trust me there is nothing to be afraid of. and if your going to be sitting next to window look out and watch like the person said on the top bring a video game some thing that will keep you entertained but its fun if you been on a roller coaster it kinda feels that way

Well, think that you are safer in the air than in the road. Nothing is going to happen to you.

after you sit down close your eyes until the plane stop shaking and you'll be fine do the same thing when it is time for the plane to land
