Cayo Coco...it is very gorgeous and relaxing. Tryp Cayo Coco is a beautiful resort and there is a lot to do....romantic there. There are many day trips offered through the resort and takes you into the nearby towns as well.
Go into Havana and take a day or two day trip and enjoy it.
But the beach is breathtaking and the water is 3 shades of turquoise and the sand is soft, powdery white.
Check the links below to see the beautiful sites.
Don't bring US dollars as you'll lose a lot in the conversion as there will be a 10% charge and US cards and travellers cheques are not accepted. CAD, Euros and Sterlings are widely accepted.
You will never regret Cuba. You will keep going back over and over again. Cubans are extremely warm and hospitable and will make you feel so welcome and at home.

Depends on where you are staying?

Go to Havana on a day trip if possible. AMAZING!

Check out the Cataramaran Tour, this was the highlight of my trips there.
