yes everyone is safe. i felt more safer down in the DR then i did up here...sad i know. but anyways the cops carry around night sticks hang guns ect. there not in a case they hold on to them. but have fun!!!! enjoy the weather

Punta Cana is very safe. No one will bother you. Keep an eye on the boys and ask the boys to keep an eye on you.
They usually have a entertainment staff that will keep the boys busy with activities so you can relax a bit.

Very safe. There is always security on duty 24 7 but by all means take at least one tour and see a little more of the area. Have a wonderful time and enjoy.

Don't worry, the Dominican Republic is safe! (even more than in the USA or Europe) so enjoy your stay with the kids.
The only advise is not to leave the kids alone without anybody to look for them. During the day the most hotels have kids club's. Enjoy your stay !

Just stay withing your resort and you will be fine. Do not leave the resort area! Its a beautiful place!
