Harbour Island in the Bahamas is gorgeous and relaxing. Pink sand and turquoise water.

Try the southern Caribbean. Islands like St. Maarten and Curacao are a little out of the way for the "spring break" crowd.

---Dominica---Well if you looking for a natural island, rivers, waterfalls, villages, mountains, volcanoes
---Puerto Rico---cheap shopping, historic sites, water parks, etc..
- St.Martin---cheap European imports, beautiful island est beaches, nice hotes
--St.Croix--Duty free liquor, Snorkeling in the best reef in the Caribbean and third best in the world, historical sites, rich and most diversed culture in the Caribbean, beautiful villas, all round island(rainforest, countrylike, townlike, etc..-

No only during spring break. To more of the large tourist traps. St.Thomas, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados,etc..

Dominican Republic is the cheapest by far; the people are delightful!
Beautiful beaches, mountainous interior, just a delight!

aruba desert island, beautiful and very expensive
jamaica no, alot of poverty, beatiful but alot of soliciting
Barbados is very flat ive heard but never been there b4
i think the best place for a good price would be puerto rico
YOU WILL DEFFINETLY WANT TO GO BACK

turks and caicos. any resort except for Beaches because that is a family resort for kids. it is probably the most expensive island in the caribbean that you will find, but soooo worth it. this is the caribbean beach that you imagine in your dreams and see in photographs. it's gorgeous and better than any beach in the caribbean that ive ever been to.
do not go to dominican republic, all you'll find is yourself sick from the food (my family lived off of tostitos and salsa and bottled water from the snack shop the entire time...bc the food was that horrible), a long scary drive from the airport with children begging for money and people with rifles on the street. its disgusting and scary.
