What? This question doesn't really make sense. Shish Kabob is an arabic name for grilled meat on a stick. There is no english translation. In the US, people just call them shish kabobs also. In Puerto Rico we call them Pinchos. In the US only spanish speakers will say pincho.

mmmm! yummie pinchos..im craving one now!
oh by the way...we speak SPANISH not Puerto Rico...

We call them "pinchos" but us prepare them mostly with meat only (mostly pork or chicken) without peppers or other vegetables. We serve them with BBQ and/or other sauces, and with a slice of bread (similar to italian bread) with garlic butter.
In some places we prepare "pinchos" with seafood like shrimp, marlin, swordfish, shark (yes, shark, we eat shark), others.

In puerto rican style its called PINCHOS. In other spanish countries it has its different meanings and names. we have beef and chicken bbq flavor with not veggies, just a piece of hard garlic bread in the end of the stick.

It would be Pinch-on, and spanish is the most common language but English is taught and has been the second language and you will find lots of people speaking both.

There is no "Shish Kabob" in Spanish... a good word is "Brochetta" which is the same thing.. meats and veggies stuck on a skewer and grilled and is commonly used in Central and South America... the other answers are, of course, correct.. maybe even more so.
