the off season starts mid april through mid nov. thats when you'll get your best rates. hurricane season starts june through nov, peak being aug/sept.

go to negril, its beautiful! 7 mile long beach with so many bars/restaurants to choose from.

Sandals and Beaches are having great sales for the next 5 days. The beginning of September should be a good time to go. If you're worried about storms, then get travel insurance so you can cancel if you need to. Check out their prices online, just .com them.

I am going to give you the only piece of advice that was given to me for finding cheap travel deals, and it works to this day... Compare as many travel websites as you can as often as you can. Since you have a few months, start searching today and search the flights every week until the month before you are going. If anything is unusually cheaper, book it on that date. I would definitely recommend checking out BookMe dot com. You can compare ALL the reputable travel sites from one location, and save tons of money. Good luck!

Last Christmas!
All the Sandals Hotel lowered all there prices since not much people travel anymore.. from like $350 a night to $175
and that was during christmas! which is the busiest and most expensive time of the year... the cheapest would obviously be the non-holiday days
