I want to go to the caribbean next september but am not sure where to go?

I've visited St. John in the USVI twice now, and it is simply pristine. Even so, I would highly recommend one of the BVI (British Virgin Islands). I was able to go snorkeling in this area of the Caribbean on a day trip, and it was absolutely the most beautiful part of the Caribbean I had been exposed to. Island hopping is definitely an option that should be considered, as there is so much beauty to see down there.

Practically anywhere you go in this part of the Caribbean will probably experience a few showers, but they're simply part of the landscape. As long as you go with a laid-back, Caribbean attitude, there's no way the weather can possibly spoil a trip to the Caribbean... especially with temperatures that will be perfectly warm anywhere you go.

Aruba is a great location because it is south of the "hurricane belt"...That doesn't mean a hurricane won't hit there, but it would be less likely than some of the more northern islands like Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. Great beaches and plenty of sun! It is a bit windy at times, but not so much that it becomes annoying. The breeze is actually refreshing when you are relaxing at the beach. Try a resort along Eagle beach or Palm beach. Lots of great restaurants too...

St Lucia is nice in September, they have'nt had a big blow that time of year in twenty years as not really in that weather belt. Lovely people, very safe for tourists, low crime not like Jamaica. Big thumbs up from me, trying to get back there next year, tropical rainforests, lovely beaches etc, can't praise it up enough. Man you have to go to Dominican Republic to Puerto Rico and whaqtever you want. I just came back from D.R i tohught i would hate it but it was beauitful! the smell of flowers and mangos. Mango is a type of fuirt.

If you are looking for somewhere that doesn't have much rain then I would recommend Curacao or Aruba. They are located outside of the hurricane belt therefore they do not get hurricanes and very little rain. If you don't wish to visit those islands then I must recommend the land of my birth - Jamaica.

The island of Dominica *NOT THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. It is a non crowded place with fantastic UNIQUE natural(i quote not man made) sites (like our boiling lake) that would make excellent backdrops for you photos.The English speaking country of Dominica is situated inbetween the french islands of guadeloupe and martinique in the eastern caribbean ,The island of Dominica or Waitikubuli-(the ancient Carib indian Name)emphasises on Eco tourism therfore there are uncountable hotels and villas including spas nestled in the rainforests and mountains.Picture awakeneing to nature itslef - to bird's symphonies and breathing fresh air.
There are other hotels in the town areas but the great thing about this country is that you can choose the kind of accomodation you want. If its to get away from it all or if you want to be in the town.
There are many things to do on the island also such as snorkelling-we have one of the cleanest waters in the caribbean and also we were branded "The whale watching capital of the caribbean.There is also horse back riding,visiting the uncountable waterfalls,lakes, 365 rivers,sulpher springs(sure u havent heard of this one) and the only Carib indian village of the Kalinago Tribe still existant in the world.I cannot continue to say what u can do on this island and how beautiful it is.I leave you with these websites that give information on how to get married in Dominica and also provides pictures of the nature sites and accomdation and so fourth.Jus take a peak of this island that few have been to thus making it the best kept secret of the world.
P.S.I forgot to tell u we were ranked as the fourth most peaceful place in the world and teh caribbean country with most natural vegetation.Please its NOT the Dominican Republic

I would recommend the Virgin Islands. Both US and British they both have lots of things to do and if you want a taste of the locals cooking the BVI would be the best place if you want a more american type atmosphere the USVI would be best for you. in the BVI there are diving trips, sailing trips, local dining in any attire you want, the beaches, the baths, and many other more that would want you to say there. also the people are nice and always welcome you with a smile what ever your race. and around those times it would be a little dry and if you come in ealry august you may be able to catch the festival celebrations which are always good for both locals and tourists alike. so plan your next trip to the Virgin islands anyone would do be the BVI would be better.

Go to Puerto Rico..It's beautiful ..most of the people speak English and there's something different to do Every day.
