Ok...you can go to the 1st website below to read the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative,..the passport law...for yourself. Passports are NOT required for SEA travel until Jan. 2008 at the earliest. However, some cruise lines do requiere their passeng to have passports...so if you are going on a cruise,best to call them and ASK. See 2nd website for passport info if you do need one. Have a great time!

Yes, you will probably need a passport if you travel by boat but you won't need one if you simply swim ashore, lol!

yes you do. you also go through customs just like if you were travelling by plane...

unless you're taking the u-boat...hidding in the same place where they hide the "ganja"...lol

Yes it is the same as traveling by air or by cruise line... you must always have your passport with you anytime you travel by air or by sea.

yep your leaving the us so ur gonna need a passport which is really easy to get but it sometimes takes awhile to get..
