Ok...you can go to the 1st website below to read the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative,..the passport law...for yourself. Passports are NOT required for SEA travel until Jan. 2008 at the earliest. However, some cruise lines do requiere their passeng to have passports...so if you are going on a cruise,best to call them and ASK. See 2nd website for passport info if you do need one.
