A sad fact, but I suspect that she's dead. Unfortunately, she must have trusted someone who wasn't worthy of that trust. Hopefully, other young women will learn from her mistake to be more cautious when travelling. Vacationing should be fun, but always error on the side of caution.
I feel for her family and hope that they can find peace though they've had such a great loss. |

I really dont know, chances are shes dead, but if shes alive she was probably sold as a sex slave (they do alot of that stuff in those countries) |

I would say she's deceased. As sad as it may be, the island isn't that big and more than likely, given the amount of water, she was probably dumped or buried in a landfill. I feel for the family, but this should be a reminder how important it is for people to remain close to each other when travelling and to not venture off with strangers, no matter how nice they seem. |

im afraid she is dead. i have been following the case every day since may '05 and im almost sure she is no longer alive. after all the efforts and searches. I think that aruba is no longer the safest place in the world. they are covering the issue THATS FOR SURE!!! |

I hate to say it, but I am sure she is dead. You dont just vanish from such a small island, with no trace. It makes me fearful of having kids quite frankly. In the event that something happend to my kids, I am afraid what measures I would go to, so that I would seek vengance. |
