Puerto Rico is pretty much USA in many ways. The american culture has penetrated Puerto Rico so much that in some ways, specially in the metropolitan area is like Atlanta, Chicago or New York. That means that yes, a high school diploma from Puerto Rico is valid in United States because the Department of Education in Puerto Rico is watch out by the Federal Department of Education. |
