Is a Visa required for a person who's plane only stops temporarily in Nassau, Bahamas before next leg of trip?

The traveler is not a US or Canadian citizen and will travel on a Visitor Visa Issued by the British Consulate for travel from Indonesia to the Cayman Islands. The plane will stop for maybe 1 hour and then continue to Grand Cayman.
Thanks Folks! (she's my fiance)

If she is not getting off the plane, then there is no problem.
If she is.. she will need to go thru bahamian immigration and onward.
Since the bahamas is a British Commonwealth, the British Consulate could add the bahamas to the Visitors Visa and she will not have a problem.

Nassau airport is not laid out well, and ALL deplaning visitors must pass thru immigration upon arrival.

sweetmommy
No visa necessary if you do not clear customs there or leave the airport.

rhsaunders
If at all, only for entrance into the Caymans. None will be needed at Nassau.

boy_jam_arch
No she wont need a visa, She will be travelling intransit, as long as she will be leaving the Bahamas after a twenty four hour stop over. good luck.

Peter K
Sorry, you will very likely need a tourist visa. It of course depends on where she comes from.

For example, Israel, No. Kazakhstan, Yes.

Jayhun
You are a transit passenger so you & you fiancee do not need a visa as you will stay inside the airport. Anyhow in one hour you will hardly take off from the plane and reach the other one.

baby
i dun think is needed for just a 1 hr stop in between
