Cuba is a communist country. No one can say any different if their own leader has called it a communist country. He took on Communism after he & Che perfected the overthrow of the government. After a falling out and some harsh words between the US & Cuba, Castro turned to Russia and Communism. And on paper communism always looks good. Everyone is equal. Yet it is not so. Castro has control of everything and is extremely wealthy, while the Cuban people suffer.

My MOM and ALL her relatives are from Cuba and all I can tell you is that Cuba is Communist AND WHEN YOU visit THERE, YOU ARE SUPPORTING COMMUNISM since you are giving them your probably American $$$$$. Cuba is a wasteland compared to how it use to look, so if you people think that Cuba is beautiful then you are only fooling yourself. Oh and to note, Cubans aren't allowed to approach the Tourist areas, like hotels, restaurants beaches and areas around it. Just to let you people know, Cuba is a prison for Cubans. All Cubans are designated to stay at certain locations or else they will either be brought their back by force or taken to prison. All of my Cuban relatives have been trying their best to come to America because all of the horrible things that are happening in Cuba. You people that have visited Cuba and gave them your money and supported them should be ashamed of yourselves. Did you know that ALL CUBAN CHILDREN ARE TAUGHT TO HATE ALL AMERICANS? WELL??? I have seen videos of marches where thousands of children were ranting of how much they hate America, EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT US!!!!!!!!! They don't have newspapers or TVs or computers ANYWHERE that talk about ANYTHING else outside of Cuba. To them it's "PLANET CUBA" and I live on planet USA. All they hear is the lies and deceit that Fidel Castro shoves in their ears

I haven't even scratched the surface yet on why Cuba is bad and you people shouldn't visit there.

OH, do you want me to go farther "JJ"? Do you people remember the "Bird flu", umm guess where it came from... that's right, CUBA!!!!!! Fidel Castro let out birds that had that virus in hopes that it would make us sick. People are equal in Cuba alright, they are equally poor and equally sick and equally dying from things like "the common cold" because they don't have the simplest things like Penicillin, Advil and Tylenol to cure them.

People talk about how rich/poor Fidel Castro is. Well let me tell you, in reality because I know. Fidel Castro owns THE WHOLE ENTIRE ISLAND OF CUBA AND EVERYTHING ON IT. I mean everything; ALL land, houses, broken beat up cars, hotels, the millions or billions of dollars that exist in Cuba are all his money, you name it. The elections are fixed, besides there is only one voter and you already know who he is, FIDEL! When Fidel got sick, he gave absolute power to rule the whole country to his brother. FIDEL CASTRO IS NOT THE PRESIDENT OF CUBA, HE IS THE COMMUNIST DICTATOR OF CUBA, LIKE SADDAM HUSSEIN AND ADOLF HITLER.

Bird flu as in what was in the birds such as Crows, blue jays, whatever, the birds that can fly and the birds were found dead on the ground. Then scientists got them and found the diseases in them, the horrible diseases that were infecting humans. And some people here got affected by it. Oh hell maybe it wasn't even called the bird flu, maybe it was called something else, but I'm sure you heard of it.

Does anybody remember Elian Gonzales? My Cuban relatives in Cuba sure do. My Cuban relatives had friends who were relatives of Elian Gonzales father, sorry I don't know his name. Anyways, I can tell you that he cares/cared nothing for his son and was doing it all just out of politics and to make Cuba and Fidel Castro look good, otherwise Elian would be here now.

Is any country a true democracy?( A government for the people). Of course not. Just to be clear so everyone knows, the USA is not a "true" democracy.That being said, at least in Cuba everyone is equal. Everyone makes the same low wage, but they are equal worthless. Not like the US or Canada, or Europe, where the richest people are "more" equal than others. As always I expect a numerous amount of thumbs down from uninformed individuals who choose not to see the world on a global scale, not just with blinders on or rose coloUred glasses.

So Castro created the bird flu to kill Americans and set it loose in Asia? (I guess it was easier to set it loose in Asia than America, seeing as how far America is from Cuba) And now it is making it's way across the world killing everyone. And you think the Cubans are Brainwashed. WOW. look in the mirror when you are making such outrageous remarks.

So which "scientists" got these birds? If they were found in Cuba then no Americans are there and the information would not have been released as per State Government Rules!!! (the same ones that are present in the US). So how can you prove this was a Cuban government experiment?

So you remember everthing Cuban except for Elian father's name? So that intself is a false statement, and an admission that you do not remember "everything". As for the fact that you saw it on TV. Are you serious? is that your argument? I bet is was on Fox! Just so you know, the media is not always truthful. Someday you will see.
