No need. As somebody said here, only contagious thing in Cuba is comunism and that you acquire only if you want to

Fine, and they give me thumbs down. It looks like there are some comunists here

yes absolutely no problem.I've gone several times and never got any shots, and never had a problem, should you wish you can even drink the tap water.

You do not need to get vaccinated before going to Cuba. Of course, be smart about what you eat and do (as you would even at home). There are no health risks when travelling to Cuba. If you're from Canada, then know that Canadians travelling to Cuba are under no health restrictions, and require no vaccinations.

You don't need any vaccinations to travel to Cuba, unless you are coming from a region with cholera or yellow fever, in which case the Cuban authorities will require proof of immunization.

Other than that, go and don't worry about it. I've never gotten any travel vaccinations for Cuba and never got sick...and most people travel to Cuba without getting sick.

Have a great time.

Only thing you can get there is comunism, but the only vaccine against that is decency, honesty, and common sense

No. Cuba wouldn't let you in because you could be 'carrying' something, and the US wouldn't let you back in because you could have picked up something in Cuba.
