Is it possible to withdrawn money in Havana, Cuba with a Barclays Visa Debit Card?

Tropicales
Yes it is. From what I understand, Barclays is from a UK-based financial institution. As long as it's not from a US-based financial institution, you can use it.

I personally have been able to withdraw cash on my Visa card in Cuba....with your card, you should be able to do the same.

thinkingtime
Your bank will be able to tell you.

Banking in Cuba is done through the resorts or through a bank branch - who are very efficient.

Hello
You are able to get money from any ATM machine in La Habana as long as your card is not from United States.

That simple.

insane_mad_maniak
even if you tell the bank, it wont garuntee that your card wont be blocked! never rely just on the card! take cash or travelers cheques!

According to the link below, there's no Visa machines in Cuba. Maybe because it's an American company.
