Regardless, single females ARE at risk but if you go, be very safe.

#1 Walk only where it is very lit and public (no alleys or dark areas)

#2 Take public transportation or safe Taxis from place to place

#3 Do not get drunk in public, only in the safety of your hotel or room

#4 Do NOT leave with strange men

It all depends on wether you are (Comfortable Doing This Alone) If you do not like what you are doing, than don't do it. If you are (Happy) w/what you are doing, than please don't forget to "Eat Something before you Drink. If you are concerned w/Drinking to much by yourself than it would be alot "Safer" Drinking with a Friend. It's your Ballgame & I hope that all goes well.

No- try to find somebody to go with you. Traveling alone especially out of the country, and ESPECIALLY if your a girl is NEVER a good idea- please find someone to go with you, you won't regret it later and i'm sure you'll have more fun

It could be. But I really wouldn't suggest it. I don't think anyone should ever travel alone. Especially with all the kidnappings and murders going on. I never feel safe, even if I am with people, so nevermind of I was alone. Just be really really really careful, and bring a friend if you can.

honestly no. you never know what can happen to you. especially if someone knows you've been drinking. thats when people go missing and get raped.

It is not safe for ANYONE to vacation in ANY unfamiliar area alone. Find a tour group or take some friends.
