Depends on the women's age and experience traveling. |

You are not safe anywhere. A female alone is prey for every disarranged fool that comes along. Some men are convinced that every woman wants them and will hurt you or even kill you to have you. Never go anywhere alone. Go as a group or a couple. |

just research where you want to go and do a lot of planning. If u wanna go to Jamaica, U probably want to be in the touristy areas like Montego Bay, u just dont wanna end up in the mountains somwhere or in a bad neighbourhood
just reasearch and plan and you should be fine! |

There is safety in numbers, especially to a location that is not
a U,S. possession, because you have no American Rights.
And hang on to your passport and ticket, or someone else,
Will be taken your flight home, and you will be sitting in the
American embassy, waiting for another. Good luck. <}:-}) |

Personally I wouldn't travel alone, I'd try to find at least one person to go with, but it's up to you as long as you take precautions you should be ok. Try to see if you can join a travel chat group or something to find friends to travel with. My friends and I go to the Caribbean a few times per year, maybe you can tag along with us. |

I think it's safe if you are going to a city where there are lots of people and a popular place to go where tourists like to go because there are tons of police in the tourists cities. So if you go alone where you know a lot of tourists go then you'll be fine. But if you go somewhere that's not popular, it is dangerous. |
