Frigg, it will get better, but you need to get yourself out of this stressful and feeling sorry for yourself stage that you're in right now. Go out with friends, do fun things with your friends, do not sit around the house and mope all day, then you will not be able to eat or sleep for days at a time. Do a house makeover, go out and have yourself pampered, go to the spa, go to the beauty shop, get that hair done, your nails, you know the works, just remember you are loved by the Trini Posse.
Last but not least, keep on chatting with the Trini Posse...

Frigg girl, Chef D did a good job. I've suprised myself in the past by having a tabanca (not the bad gyal that i thought i was) and I can tell you time is your best friend. Take all Chef's advice..you may want to stay home and mope but get out. Enjoy the weather.

yea hun theres good and bad when it comes to love. We wouldn't like it to hurt but sometimes it does unfortunately. I had some really bad heartbreak and im just getting over it now. I thought i would never feel better and that i was gonna hurt forever.But now even tho i still love that person I moved on and i dont hurt like i used to before. It's gonna take some time but the best thing for u to do is cry it all out becuz (like my therapist said) its the end of a relationship and to u it feels like a death, its ok the mourn the end of the relationship ,u need to, however dont wallow in ur tears forever because thats unhealthy. Ur a sensible person, ur gonna kno when u feel comfortable to move on so play ur slow jams, get it all out and ur gonna be amazed when u wake up one morning and feel like a weight was lifted from ur shoulder.

You're breaking my heart Frigg ;-( It will get better babes. Girl I dated this guy once and when we broke up, in all seriousness I believed I would never feel joy again. I literally believed I would never smile again. I cried for three months BUT I did get over it and you will too. Take how ever long you need and do what you need to do to heal yourself but I promise it WILL get better.

aight, yuh on yuh way to recovery...just d fact that yuh could mention that yuh too pretty for all this stress. Girl, love hurts, and that sucks - big time, buh wha we go do. its the price we pay for putting we heart on d line! we does hope and pray that when we decide to go all out, d person will return our feeling the same way, but yuh know d individual yuh dealing with! could it be that this is more about him than about you? in that he just figured that there aint no way you feel this way about him, and he not going to go all out cause he ent want to be hurt (again)? and since allyuh had ah big fight, he just going to make sure that it ends here?

unfortunately love is a b*&$#. i think we've all experienced that hurt and pain. there really is no one cure for this pain. i suggest some type of distraction method. crying is definitely allowed. go outside. don't stay cooped up at home. hang out with the ones you love, like family and friends.
never forget that everything happens for a reason, even though we may not know the reason now, but trust me, you will find out the reason in due time.

well i been away for a while so im now seeing this question, but all i gotta say chic is dat all of us have been there im sure at some point of time in our lives weather we admit it or not.. so just let it out hun, things are going to get better, cry, scream, jus let it out, u need to take care of yourself though, and yes hunny, im glad u still have your self confidence yes"u are to pretty to be stressing" but it happens.
things will work out, keep your faith....
