try the phone book (unfortunately there isnt one online) - or check yahoo,msn and facebook and see if the person is on there.......or failing that try to contact someone who knows the person .......the best bet would be the phonebook though so if you live abroad you can always ask a resident of Trinidad to check it for you ......but if you can't then check if the person has an account with yahoo/msn/facebook/myspace/hi5 .......

yep, well unfortunately there is not sure way, however the above answers are right, the phone book, for one, and various socializing sites, hi5, myspace, ratetrini, facebook, etc....
