Government has been talking about a water taxi service between POS and San F'do for sometime.
In fact that service was supposed to come onstream in July and they had given a July 10 start date as to when people would actually be able to jump on a boat and head to the capital. But this has not happened... in fact they haven't even constructed to docking areas for the vessel.
The service was also expected to include a Point Fortin port of call but we're yet to hear wht the status on it.

I've been looking in from time to time...my friend has moved to Oman to live...
I'm in such a mess I've been crying uncontrollably.
Not because he left but because he texted me just before he was about to board.
He texted me 15 mins to boarding time cause he knew there was no way I could get from Port of Spain to Piarco in that short space of time.
I knew he was leaving and he said he didn't want me to come to the airport but I just wanted to say goodbye in person so I'm just feeling pretty lousy today...
