Weed is illegal in Jamaica; However some police officers do not readily arrest native Jamaicans for weed because it is seen as a relatively minor offense. If your are a tourist and you are caught smoking you will get arrested, because while some police overlook Jamaicans smoking weed. They wil not overlook a foreigner. So if you want to smoke a joint of the good sensimillia. be careful and keep your head low. |

hahahahaha. lol you're funny. it isn't legal here. although you may have people trying to sell it to you and you do have people that actually buy it and smoke it but if you are caught with it you can go to jail because it is ILLEGAL again ILLEGAL here. please don't only come to jamaica to smoke. there is so much about jamaica other than getting high. |

It is ILLEGAL in Jamaica although readily available...but watch out who you ask or buy from because if your a tourist you might be spending the rest of your vacation in the Red Strip Hotel......and that wont be the "High" Point of your vacation for sure! |
