It means envious, most people who accuse others of being bad mind are usually just paranoid.
There are people who hate others because of their accomplishments but the one being hated sometimes develops these traits by dwelling on the fact that they are being hated.
e.g. "USA bad mind Iraq for their oil, thus they started the war" |

It basically means to be "envious" of or to "hate on" someone. For example I might have a lot of nice things, drive a nice car, live in a nice house, have a good job/get good grades in school and be very good looking; people may heavily criticize me, gossip about me or just plain dislike me just because of that stuff so I would say they are "bad mind" or are "bad minding" me.

when persons are jealous of what you've got and so as a result they criticise or speak badly about you and what you have accomplished. example yu get a promotion at work, some person will start saying you slept with the boss, now if thats not rue and you got it soley on hard work then that person is Bad mind. we bun badmind in ja. that means we condemn it.
My mom always say dont grudge nobody fi what dem got, cause yuh no know what dem go through fi get it, and thats true. can you imagine yuh sacrifice and buy yuh vehicle owe bank how much dollas and some badmind ppl sit dung and just a wash all dem dutty mouth pon yuh.. anyways a suh some ppl stay. |

Bad Mind means exactly what it says... when ppl dont think right.. dont live right, them bad minded. some ppl just have some dirty ways.some things that bad mind ppl do:-get jealous / grudge others for what they have or have accomplished. -malice ppl -spread gossip/rumors bout ppl-being a hypocritejust basically any bad living... if a person is like this all the time they are bad mind... you may hear a person say "dem bad mind mi fi mi house etc" ... in that context it means to grudge... generally it is used in this way |

grudgeful, envious and red eye. Meaning that you don't like see people with things that are fancy, expensive are someone who as highly accomplished something in life while you are at the bottom of the ladder. |
