You could try one of the tops hotels in PR which is San Juan Hotel. It has great and big pool area, casino, and it is located in a great ambiance (near a lot of tourist sites) From there you can go to Pi~ones (great area to chill by the beach, where you can eat Puerto Rican tropical dishes, like "alcapurria". The hotel is near the beach, so you can also enjoy the beach. It has one of the best clubs in Puerto Rico also: (however it;s also one of the most expensive) Brava club. Concerning the rooms fares and all, well, there are some cheap and the suites are expensive. It is a very nice hotel, you will find many tourist there.
Another great hotel is El Conquistador in the East. (Tops in the world) Also La Concha in the north(San Juan)
If you dont want big hotels then you can go to Condado Plaza Hotel. It also have beach and its cheaper than a big hotel. Also in this area of Isla verde is Ritz Carlton, Intercontinental, Holiday Inn, and a Howard Johnson. (cheaper hotels). If you want to stay near San Juan( city) then go to Caribe Hilton, or Normandie.
Puerto Rico is a wonderful and exciting place to visit. Make sure you guys went to the wonderful beaches at the west (Isabela, Rincon), wonderful sites at the East (las croabas, bioluminiscent bay, Yunque), the nightlife at San Juan (Visit The Old San Juan and just walk all those wonderful streets). If you want more detailed, I am sure you visited a Puerto Rico tourist site. So good luck!
Hope this helped! |

Rincon has the best beaches. You can surf and swim. The resturants are great! Rent a car and discover the island. Try Angelo's Car Rental at 787-823-3438. they offer transportation to and from the airport and have great prices. |

It is very nice here, San Juan Hotel its one of the best ones here. The beach its beautiful in Isla Verde with lots of activities. When you are here, be sure to sight see around the Old San Juan, El Morro its a very historical place, go to El Yunque (our only forest and the national forest of the Caribbean), if you wish to go shopping, go to Plaza las Americas (the biggest mall in the Caribbean), if you are interested in science you will be impressed with El Observatorio de Arecibo (Arecibo observatory) The observatory's 305 m radio telescope is the largest single-aperture telescope ever constructed. Ponce is really beautiful and really historical too, but be sure to take plenty of water because its very hot. Don't forget to try our traditional food, don't be scared of any place with a pig on a stick being roasted (it looks wierd) but its where you will find the most traditional food, and you will end up loving roasting...lol...Enjoy your visit!!! |

I would recommend you check "Paradores" they are like small Inns, you could get a weekend package for two with breakfast and dinner near the beach for around $300. I think that's the best you could do here, There was a Resort that had All Inclusive (Paradisus) but it was really expensive( maybe 200-300 p/n) but I was told that it was eliminated the All Inclusive offer. www.gotoparadores.com that's a page with local paradores(inns) where you could find that sort of offer if you were looking for an inexpensive all inclusive package I suggest you go to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. |

Puerto Rico is VERY expensive. I recommend that for the same price or less you go to St. Thomas. It is much nicer. |
