Montego Bay, Negril or Ocho Rios?

All three if you wish,however Montego bay dose offer lots shopping with Ochi Rios in a close second,places like the Tajmahal duty free shopping and also a shopping complex right next to Half Moon property.
However Negril has some of the best beaches and facility the country has to offer 7 miles to be exact from Bloody bay in its further est point north on the west side of the island to its southern most point.
Watch the sun go down at Ricks cafe and Jump from one of the cliffs located there in to the water below.
Its beautiful also there are more parties there than in any other area of the tourist attractions.
However what Montego bay and Ochi Rios lack they make up for them in attractions like boat bottom rides and yacht rides for reef diving,also Chukka cove which offers a variety of things to do.
Ochi Rios has its world famous Duns river falls and at the ruins for a restaurant with a fantastic water falls in the back ground,also mountain biking is available,however it more laid back than the other two locations.
However negril is the spot if your into just party, beach,scuba dive, jet ski, and also for a tour of it light house and Night life.
I would say make Montego bay your hub,for this is were you will have access to most of the infrastructure for tourist, at your finger tip.

First, I would caution you about the shopping. My wife and I did some in Jamaica and felt like bait thrown into a shark tank. It was not enjoyable and nothing was cheap. Second, go to TripAdvisor.com and research resorts. You can research every resort on the island there and you can find a fun resort that will work for you. Many resorts don't allow children under 14 years old. If you don't want family-ish you might look for one of those. Read the amenities on each resort and you will learn a lot. We found Breezes Runaway Bay to be a LOT of fun and the disco stayed alive all night. You might take a look at it. It has a great beach as well.

For nightlife, shopping and beaches all of the above locations will fill your needs. Depending on the time of year, one location might offer more than the other.

Montego Bay probably has the most to offer in general. You will have many more shopping options, and it may be easier to get prices that are less 'touristy'. Mobay also has a wider variety of night-time events. Some events will be ideal for 'locals', and other will be 'tamed for tourists'. You have a few clubs such as Margeritaville, that are a great balance between the two.

The nightlife there is amazing and the beaches are sooooo nice. I'm 17 and i love partying when I'm on vacation there, theres always something to do at night no matter which day of the week it is. During the day you can relax on white sand beaches sippin' pina coladas :) It's a good time, trust me.

Negril is best in my book. Ricks is a great place to hang out and have a beer sitting on the cliffs watching the sun set. Seven mile beach has everything you'd ever need in Jamaica. Great place for vaca! Montego Bay was nothing special.

I have only been to Ocho Rios. IT is so beautiful. There is a waterfall that you can climb up, it is so cool. But I have heard that Montego Bay is good for night life.

I would definately go to Ocho Rios. From there you can also go right down the street to Dunn's River Falls. My favorite part was riding the horses from the Blue Mountains down to the ocean.
