I've never smoked a big cigar before. A friend of mine brought me back one on recent trip to Cuba. One end is clipped (where i light it) but the other end is rounded and doesn't have a hole....
The US has a strong Cuban-American population and yet Americans are restricted from travel there (families are allowed to visit relatives) due to politics.

Mosquito bites - How to avoid them!?!?!?
Growing up my dad always said I had "sugar blood". My entire life I always got bit the worst by mosquitos. Even if I dont wear any perfume or lotion - and cover myself in bug spray I still get eaten alive. Once counting over 100 bits on me.
My boyfriend and I are going to the islands for a week. I really really dont want to have to deal with horrible bug bites. What can I do to prevent it from ruining my romantic vacation??
Mosquito net (injected with Permethrin) for bedtime, extra strength repellent (something that contains DEET), citrus candles to burn and plug-ins might be useful, think you can also get an anti-mosquito mat for use during the night (maybe google that, see what they do/are like?), apparently lighter colours are less likely to attract so wear light clothing.
Ooh just found this site, has a list of preventions and cures, might be useful to look at!

horse flies really bother my horses each summer and I bought a veterinary horse fly repellent . Having no bug reppellent one damp and hot night I used my horse stuff!! I have never been bothered since by any bugs and its cheaper than human stuff. God knows whats in it though.

Have you tried skin-so-soft by Avon. The little biters like me too but when I wear my skin-so-soft they stay away. Have fun on your trip

aside from coating yourself in really good repellent, eat onions, garlic & vitiamin c, all 3 add a little extra something to your scent that bugs hate...

eat food with garlic in it
this will give you garlic in your sweat -- most biting bugs don't like it -- natural remedy

Stop eating bananas...mosquitos like the patasium in them.
