My boyfriend and I are going island hopping in the Caribbean. Where should we go?

Go to the Bahamas, 700 islands to island hop. Fly into Nassau and take the island ferries to some of the other islands.

Several Virgin Islands that are close by you can explore. USVI and the BVI. You can do the rain forest in Puerto Rico than fly to the USVI and ferry over to the BVI. You can explore at least 7 islands or more this way. Great hiking on St John VI. It's 2/3 rds National Park. Plenty of scuba, sailing, kayaking and snorkeling in the Virgins.

I recommend you come down to Dominica - best rainforest and hiking experience in the Caribbean. we also have watersports and diving...been said to be the "Whale Watching Destination of the C'bean". Other destinations for island hoping in close vicinity are our french neighbours Martinique and Guadeloupe, And South to St. Lucia or North to Antigua. All great additions to a Dominica trip and all offer a different experience.

I would recommend the english speaking island of Dominica.(not to be mistaken with the spanish Dominican Republic)The most naturally forested island in the caribbean so much so it is dubbed the "Nature island".
Numerous hiking trails to one-of-a-kind spots such as the world largest boiling lake ,freshwaterlakes beautiful waterfalls mountain peaks,etc (highest is almost 5000 ft).

Why dont you have a look at the website which will provide other actvities such as river tubing, whale wathcing ,atv riding through the forest horseback riding,snorkelling Zip lining etc etc.

Well you can just go to Puerto Rico. It has everything you asked for. It has great watersports, fishing & boating. & it has El Yunque tropical rain forest where you can hike & swim in waterfalls. Check out this video:

Now if you want to hop islands then the USVI are close by & you can get there by small plane or ferry or on the west side is Dominican Republic.

Punta Cana....... it is absolutely beautiful, make sure you go to the natural pool, it is in Isla Saona, 2 miles away from shore, it is the prettiest thing you'll ever see, very romantic, a lot of fun at night....Congratulations for your graduation =)

I would suggest you go to Antigua its great there maybe Dominica too.

I recommend that you take a Royal Caribbean cruise, and go to all the islands! You'll get the best of all the worlds.
