They are illegal as they are far too short! the legal requirement for papers in the Jam is 7.5 inches. Hope i have been of help? |

They were okay in 1999 because my wife used to sell cigarettes and rizlas at her front gate J$5 for one cigarette and J$1 for a single Rizla. US$1 = J$60 |

Rizlas suck, they're the worst papers to use for the Sacrament of the Holy Herb. Zig Zags are respectably used. Especially the hemp/flax papers. |
