Bahamas and Trinidad and Tobago.....

Barbados easily beats out Puerto Rico in terms of wages. Barbados is an expensive country to live in so wages are pretty good. Plus Barbados + Trinidad & Tobago economically support the OECS states. But Bahamas has beat out Barbados by a hair.
