I think he aired that show a long time ago. The episodes are even on Youtube. But, i'm telling you..he seemed more relaxed in Trinidad and tobago. I think he like Tobago more though..

He had the best attitude going to the caribbean..completely different from anyone of his shows. That's I liked that one the best!

But bwoy was he disgusting when he ate that fish heart and bit the raw fish hole! Dat was disgusting..he made the trini bwoy cringe! LOL!

Also, he had the WACKEST lines ever! Like no one was laughing..he was so wack! I don't know if he was trying to impress people..but he was rel corny sometimes! LOL

And that lizard does lookin good! Never tried it but he made it look damn good!

Iguana - and it can be curried like Julien said or stewed in coconut milk. Great tasting (once the skin is off - some people leave the skin on ewww!) Best served with Provision and dumplings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

as julien and others have said, it is iguana and it tastes really good, I only remember eating it once, but you should try it swometimes.

it's called iguana and yes they do eat it here. It is usually curried, taste like chicken is what they say. Mountain chicken is a frog though.

that big lizard is called an iguana. it's considered a delicacy here. some people even eat iguana eggs or put them in drinks. mountain chicken is really frog and its common in Dominica we dont eat that here.

i'm from tnt and i sure as heck do not eat iguanas or any other type of animal other than chicken! :D

but really, that's just gross. trini's should be better than that.
