November is great! Rember that is a tropical island so the weather is always nice. The temperatures are between the 70s and 80s during the day, and in the 70s at night. (It can get cooler in the mountains.) For people in PR 70 could means cool, for you it would be perfect!!

Great time to go. We went one year at Thanksgiving, and enjoyed ourselves. The weather was great. We enjoyed visiting old SanJuan , the forts and the shopping.

In November it is a nice month. The hurrican season is over on the first week of November, and the Thanksgiving Holliday is nice. Also Christmas has alread started. Yes, Christmas. The stores will have by Thanksgiving the decorations up.
The weather will be a bit cooler than now but that does not mean there will be no rain because rain does come but it may be just a few showers.
