Jamaica is ok dont get me wrong, but the people in San Juan are so much more friendly and the island is a lot cleaner than in Jamaica. |

My brother just came back from Jamaica and said it was amazing. I have never been to either place, but my bro said Jamaica was so beautiful. I think both places are georgeous |

Both are beautiful. I've been in both places but Puerto Rico is cheaper, party and night life is great, beaches are spectacular and the people is very friendly. |

Jamaica is a dirty place. There is garbage thrown along roadsides and into gullies all over the island. The vendors in the tourist areas are really pushy and you have to say "no" way too many times to get them to leave you alone. Even the little kids in (areas where tourist frequent) are well trained in asking for money, or trying to sell you something. Everywhere you go, you are accosted by people wanting to sell you stuff, experiences, ganja, or sex on the beach.
