If de mister tell yuh doh run, den DOH RUN. What do you eh Frigg?? I cyah tell yuh specifically about not running but is true the first 3 months are the most precarious in a pregnancy. Google it (oh gosh ah could say dat here??LOL) You'll get your answer there.

Lunch---completely uninteresting today. Smoked turkey and cheese on whole wheat. BLAAAAAAAAAH. Was too sick to cook de stew chicken and macaroni pie I had planned yesterday.

And Frigg.....ah thought we was watching de language fren?? A day eh pass since yuh make dat promise. LOL LOL

these first few months is crucial in development, so get all yah food, rest & light exercise

Ohh lawd chile, we tell yuh exercise AND take it easy, yuh dont hear? Why yuh so, d doc tell dont run, yuh hadda get ah second opinion, but is ah good thing you come to the resident experts oui! If d man tell yuh dont run, den dont run. WALK...very quickly lol. but seriously, walk all yuh want, keep active, DO NOT lift nothing heavy. Take yuh vitamins even when it have yuh hungry all the time.

Lunch? hear nah, yuh sharing dat sada and fry aloo or what? Who cook? better yet, keep the aloo and send the pumpkin.

Each doctor has a diff opion. It depends, if you were accustomed to running then maybe you still could, I once saw this documentary about a woman who was in her ninth month of pregnancy a huge belly but had not gained an inch of fat and she was exercising strenously where most women would hardly be walking.
I have two pregnancies behind me and I kept exercising, till about the seventh month. Babies don't come out that easily, you'll realise that when it's time to give birth to your baby. But be careful and congrats, enjoy the pregnancy!
