They have no sense of respect for women, the ones who do that. Our culture does not force our men to respect their women and care for their children.
Flirting is not all that bad but if they succeed at getting these women and violate them all it would be no shame. They'd probably get lauded in some song for it.

LOL! Well,that happens to me too when I go to Jamaica.Just think of it this way,yes it is in their culture!Now,if the men just ignored you,and said nothing then you would be upset! You would think something was wrong with you! So they are just admiring your beauty and shapely body!So just smile and be on your way if you are not interested!
