Recommendations for an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean?

I'm looking for a not very expensive all-inclusive resort, in the Caribbean, California, or South America.
Requirements:
Safe
Warm with nice weather in March
Good place for teenagers or young adults. (i.e. not a place that attracts a lot of retired old folks.)

I recently stayed at "Dreams Tulum" an all inclusive hotel in the Mexican Caribbean, its awesome! and there are lots of Mayan ruins to see, the hotel has great service, its ALL included (room service, tips, everything).
And most of the people staying at the hotel are Americans/Canadian, all English speaking staff, and not many old couples, mostly families, teens, young adults (honeymooners). The sites are great!

We went to the RIU at Ocho Rios in Jamaica, it was very nice and it was a mixture of adults, families, and retirees.
Here are some tips for you:
1) Bring sunblock and keep putting it on after you swim and sun burn medication
2) Bring lots of singles to tip the staff.
3) If you don't care about cheap alcohol and eating mostly buffet, then the all inclusives are for you.

You have alot of choices. Beaches in Turks & Caicos is very nice but also very expensive (IMO).

We just got back from Barcelo Maya in the Mexican Riviera and it was very nice - much better than expected. A wide range of ages but most probably in their 20-40's.

We've been to a couple of Breezes (including the one in Curacao mentioned above) and were happy with them. They are probably a mid-range all inclusive and are a good value.

Also been to Starfish Trawlany (sp?) in Jamaica. A lower end all-inclusive but perfectly acceptable.

The Tamarjin in Aruba is also a good midrange choice. You get to use the Divi next door too since they are associated.

You get what you pay for - like most things in life. Good luck with your search. You should have a great time wherever you go.

Antigua is a great place. It has lots of night life, from clubs, to the cinema, to cool bars. Lots of water sports. As the say the beach is just the beginning. There's lots to do so you should check it out.
Try Jolly Beach resort.

I love club med.
They are as pricey as any of the other ones but they just really get the place going.
They have teen programs and young adult programs so the kids can all meet up with kids their age and they get counselors assigned to their group and they get them to do stuff like trapeeze and acting, dancing, singing, skits, ect. and do them in the nightly shows for the guests. They have contests and tri-athelons to win prizes, ect.
You can even go on their site and send email to your favorite councelors after you've visited. Club Med is an experience, not just an all-inclusive ...
Grounds are nice and clean and the employees are from all over the world, cheery and a delight.
We went to breezes ( In Curacao') and it was horrible. The employees just complained on and on about how they weren't paid enough and the living conditions were bad... How do you enjoy your vacation when your standing on the buffet line trying to console the employees. There is NO FUN in being sad for people. Food was bad. BAD. I mean if your in the caribbean you want fresh fruits and fresh fish. Sponge cakes for desert and beef stew is not what is island food. It is canned crap shipped from elsewhere. YUCK! Nothing was fresh. Fruit should be fress, not from a can.
The rooms were dirty too. We stayed in an ocean front suite and it was slimey on the floor and the sheets were wore out and over used.
Beaches is nice but for younger kids. Not teens...younger. Place was clean (mexico) and employees were very nice.
