1. El Jibarito - not expensive, loved by locals, located in Sol street, puertorrican cuisine
2. Amadeus - San Sebastian street, kind of expensive, but great gourmet puerorrican cuisine, love their garlic shrimps and their dumpligs with guava sauce!

2. Buenos Aires - argentinian cuisine, mid priced
3. El Gaucho - hamburgers on Ashford street, very cassual, open place, good and great price hamburgers
4. Wasabi Sushi Bar - sushi... of course!, a bit expensive

1. Kasalta - bakery/deli, very nice and exquisite bakery where PR governors go to for breakfast the day of elections....
I think I gave you plenty of great options already. They are all great, trust me! I used to work for the PR Tourism company and worked in Old San Juan for a very long time. Ah! and I love to eat out!
