it is illegal but easy to get. Don't buy at the airport. It usedto be sorta ok to buy from the bus drivers at the airport but since the canadians bought it, they have cameras everywhere. If you are on a tour bus on the way to the resort they will stop usually at a little rest stop. ask someone there. people before were correct, many people will aproach you and ask if you are ok or if you need anything. Be careful, they could be undercover but highly unlikely. We have never had a problem buying or finding. Just strike up a conversation with different people and you may make a new friend in the process.

Don't worry. The people selling weed will find you, possibly before you even leave the airport parking lot (when you're waiting for the shuttle transport to your resort).

It's illegal, but there are tons of people selling to tourists. Grounds keepers at your resort will be catching your eye asking if you "need anything", guys will be coming by the beach on boats saying "psssst, psssst".

No problem mon. It is illegal, but Jamaica doesn't have a huge interest in arresting otherwise well behaved tourists. Just don't be "in-your-face" open about it, don't smoke in public and don't drive around on your own while in possession.

Don't ask hotel staff..It's ILLEGAL..and you KNOW that! Not every Jamaican smokes weed, or is okay with smoking weed, or wants to get in trouble by HELPING you smoke weed! They are not going to GET you a joint! LOL!! NEVER so get that dream out of your head!

Usually, Jamaican dealers KNOW that alot of tourist come to get high. I often hear stories of people who get NON-STOP approach to buy GANJA at RESORTS! Walk around the tourist area, someone will offer you a spliff! It's pretty common unless that particular hotel has a good handle on it!
But either way, the seller will FIND YOU! Especially since you are a tourist!

The hotel staff can lose their job getting weed for you. If you want to break the law here do it yourself.

weed in Jamaica is considered a drug that can cause you to be sick or drunk why do you want to destroy your health and mess up your time with your wife if you get caught with weed you will be arrested by the police and spend time in jail or pay a fined that's what you want are to enjoy the other good things that Jamaica have to offer?
